Service Description

Here's how it works: Case submission The core of the mentoring is simple: send me photographs, x-rays and/or STL files or any combination, whatever you have for that case. Dropbox tends to work best, we'll set up a shared folder with a subfolder for each case, so everything stays organised and easy to find later. You can attach a Word document with your questions, or just type them straight into the email alongside the Dropbox link, whichever is quicker for you. No restrictions on case type or lab I'm happy to mentor any case, aligners, fixed, lingual, and I place no restriction on which lab or manufacturer you use. I know some mentors will only support cases from their own lab; I don't think that should ever get in the way of you getting good advice, so it's a genuinely open door. Feedback, your way For most cases, I'll reply via a Loom video, you get a link you can watch (and re-watch) whenever suits, and many people download the video and transcript to keep as a permanent record for their portfolio or CPD log. Typical turnaround is 1–2 days. * Quick question? Just WhatsApp me — I usually reply within an hour or two * Need to talk it through properly? Happy to jump on a call, including evenings and weekends if that's easier for you. Practical/technical support I also run a small workshop, so if a case needs it, I can help with printing models, bending or detailing wires, or producing refinement aligners (typically £40 per aligner). Ongoing learning Alongside case mentoring, you'll get a weekly email, a short video, article, or set of revision notes, sometimes covering the medico-legal side of orthodontic treatment too, so you're building judgement as well as technique. Cost and commitment £250 per month, with no cap on the number of cases — some months will be busier than others, and that's absolutely fine. There's no contract and no tie-in, so you can stop at any time. I'd rather you stay because it's genuinely useful than because you're locked in. If that all sounds like a good fit, give me a shout
