Courses

Are you ready to be pushed outside your comfort zone to unlock your potential to truly excel? Then please read on...

COURSES: Welcome
COURSES: Bookings

Before going any further, Hutch’s courses are not for everyone.

If you want an average orthodontic course, taught by an average formulaic orthodontist, then there are plenty of other courses out there. With Assure, you will be given all the information you need; reading information, templates, access to all the lectures online as well as any professional support you may require.

If you want to gain a deep understanding of orthodontics, be innovative, masterful, the best you can be, look inside the mouth of any patient and think, ‘yeah, I can sort this’, then these courses are for you.

Preparation is key

Once registered, you will be provided with recordings of ALL the lectures, presentations as well as:

A playlist of which lectures to watch prior to attending the study day.

All reading material will be provided.

All ‘documentation’ templates

You then make notes, form your own questions and come armed with them to the study day.

The Study Days are limited to a maximum of SIX people only.
There will be a Key Points lecture and a clinical case to illustrate the key subject.

The course closes with a comprehensive discussion of your own cases with points of action to move forward. And of course, there are also ‘practical’ elements covered such as bonding, retainer placement as well as good old wire bending.

Why run a course this way?

The viewing of the presentations and lecture content in your own time allows you to dip in and out as and when you can, and revisit them at any time - they are available to you forever.

It also significantly frees up time with Hutch (as he’s not giving you lecture after lecture aka ‘death by powerpoint’) so you can relax and discuss clinical aspects.

The clinical discussion allows you to delve into his years of experience and discuss your own patients. Consequently, during the study days we will cover a significant number of other topics allowing us to cross reference everything and ultimately see how everything is inter-connected.

What about support between study days?

The courses typically run over 6-8 months and 12 months of support is provided from the end of the very first day.

There will be monthly zoom calls and there is also a dedicated online forum where you can gain advice and ask questions. You can even send Hutch digital scans of patients and arrange a 1-2-1 call for those ‘tricky’ cases.
